We believe that transformation happens in the context of relationship, so we cultivate these four relational contexts to set the environment for people and teams to grow.

We support leaders in threshold seasons, by walking with them, discerning with them, serving as a creative partner, spiritual director or coach to hear the unique challenges and explore the places they may feel stuck.

Partnering with staff or the core leadership team is the most effective way to see culture shift, recover or deepen trust across , and pursue your organizations most aspirational goals.

We gather leaders in similar stages of life and leadership who commit to journeying together for 9-12 months for the purpose of growing towards maturity. These are refuge spaces for leaders to be vulnerable, honest, and to be challenged to go into the deeper aspects of their inner life and explore content appropriate for their season.

We curate these temporary communities who come together for a few days around specific topics, to pursue deep growth through teaching, practice, and group work.

THE APPRENTICE TRACK
The Apprentice Track is a 9-month cohort for emerging leaders (25-35y/o) within the church with the aim of setting the foundations for a lifetime of leading from their own spiritual vitality. Our goal is not simply to learn new leadership theories or skills, but to learn to become present with God, with ourselves, and, as a result, more capable of being present to others.
THE SECONDHALF LEADER COHORT
A cohort for Senior Leaders, in the middle-passage of life (late-30s to mid-50s). Second-half Leadership is just not defined by one’s age, it’s about renewed commitment, deeper healing, and moving from personal success to generously raising up the next generation without fear. Journey with others in this same season and learn from our team of SecondHalf Leader Mentors.
