Bryan and Jenni Rouanzoin have spent more than eighteen years in the local church — as worship leaders, pastors, coaches, and guides. They currently serve as Lead Pastors of Canopy Church in Costa Mesa, California. Their work has taken them from Southern California to Belfast, Northern Ireland, and back again, always with the same conviction: everything flows from an intimate connection with God.

Bryan previously served as a university pastor at Vanguard University, and co-founded TheWayOC and the Apprentice Track — county-wide initiatives to foster spiritual formation and renewal within the local church. As frequent collaborators with Practicing the Way, they help shape formation resources for the global Church and lead retreats for leaders around the world.

They are especially passionate about walking alongside people in midlife who are seeking renewed purpose and greater integration — the ones who have led well and now feel the invitation to go deeper. Together they serve as pastors, coaches, trainers, and guides.
